February favourites

I didn't post my favourites post for January, even though I wanted to, but then I got ill and it changed my schedule, so I skipped it. And here are my February favourites ... :)

I started using Essie polishes in December and I really like them. In February I mostly used shades Smokin hot and After school boy blazer. I was really sceptical about Smokin hot, because I never really use this kin of shade. It's dark mauve, grey and slightly purple, but it looks good on my nails and I really like it. After school boy blazer is navy blue, on nails almost looks black, but it's blue ;) (I also got one for you in future giveaway ;)).

I rediscovered Barry M Waterproof eye pencil. It's super creamy, it sets pretty quickly once applied on the eyes, but you can also smudge it if you work pretty fast. As you can see, I got good use out of it :)

Favourite lipstick of the month has to be Rimmel Lasting finish lipstick in 016 Heart breaker. I write about it in my Lippie of the Day post HERE.

I was in need of a new body lotion and I got Afrodita Red grapes Nurturing body milk, which smells the same as their hand cream with grapes. It's moisturizing and leaves me with soft skin. Another bonus is that little bit of product goes a long way.

I've listened to my first audio book and it was from Robin Sharma - The Monk who sold his Ferrari. I loved the story, it's so inspiring and uplifting. After I stopped listening to it I was super motivated to do something epic ;). You can listen to it on YouTube HERE (2 hours 40 minutes).
And Robin Sharma can as my favourite person of the month :). He makes motivational YouTube videos, how to become a leader, how to change habits, how to wake up early, what to do to become successful etc.. Check out his channel HERE.

Another YouTuber I discovered is SoothingSista. Beautiful Stephanie does outfit videos (I love her style), sometimes even beauty videos, vlogs and other randomness. Plus she is stunningly beautiful. Check her channel HERE.

Best movie I watched is animated movie Brave. Princess Merida is determined to make her own path in life, which causes chaos in her kingdom. Granted one wish, Merida must rely on her bravery to undo this curse. Loved the story line and message in this movie.

And that's it for my favourites. What are yours? :)

2013 favourites

I've been avoiding to finish this post, because I knew it will take me quite some time to write, but it's January is flying by so quickly and it's about time I publish it ... let's start :)

Cosmetics:

I am not oily, but sometimes if I wear makeup all day, I get little bit shiny and it's nice to have a primer underneath to prevent that. MUA Matte perfect primer does its job and I really loke it. I'm a huge fan of Bourjois Healthy Mix collection and last year I started using Bourjois Healthy mix serum. It's light, gives me dewy finish and it stays on me quite long. I usually don't powder my whole face, but I set my foundation around the eyes, around my lips and I even use powder as natural eyeshadow to set eyeshadow primer. Catrice All matt plus Shine control powder does a great job with all that.

Skin care discovery for my face has to be Alverde Clear Waschcreme. It removed my makeup and cleans my face perfectly and it's super gentle. Another skin care product I loved in 2013 is Balea Aqua serum, I just ran out of it, that's why it's not in the picture :). For my hair I've been loving Balea Oil repair spulung (conditioner). Makes my hair super soft and shiny. Deodorant I really liked was Felce Azzura Deo spray. It's in spray form, it's great to refresh during the day and this green scent is the only one I like from their line.

I cannot live without eyeliner and mascara, in 2013 I really liked Essence Liquid ink liquid eyeliner in waterproof form. Just be careful not to apply too much otherwise it will start to peel off. Another liner I liked was Catrice Gel eyeliner Black Jack with Jack Black, even though it's not the blackest liner out there. Stays on its place whole day, it even lasted me pretty decent amount of time. Gel liner tent to dry pretty fast. Mascara of the year has to be Isa Dora Big Bold Super volumizing mascara, which I won in IsaDora giveaway on Twitter. The wand is big and can be messy on lower lashes, but if applied carefully it did its job. Nice volume, length and intensity. Last couple of month I've been using only Catrice eye brow pencil for my lashes. As you can see on the picture, I need a new one ;) I don't have a full name or name of the shade, but I think it's the darkest one. I can't apply eyeshadow if I haven't applied primer first and I really liked Avon eye primer. It's beyond amazing.

Most used lipsticks have to be Ingrid 242, MUA lipstick Shade 11 and Revlon Just Bitten Kissable balm stain Smitten.

Nails:

Best base coat is OPI Natural Nail Base coat. This is the best base coat I tried and I think it even dries my colour polish faster. Other favourite polishes have to be: Essie Aruba blue, Essie Sole Mate and Barry M Racing Green.

Books:
I read quite some amazing books in 2013,  But first book that comes to my mind is from Cristy Žmahar called Nebesa odgovarjajo (Heaven response; only available in Slovenian atm). Here's a little description: click.

Music:
I'll have to go with whole newest album from Panic! at the Disco - Too weird to live To rare to die. You're probably sick and tired of me mentioning them, but I really do love them and still haven't gone sick and tired of their songs ;). You can listen to whole album on YouTube here.
Second album I really dig has to be from Fall Out Boy - Save Rock and Roll. Listen to whole album here.

Source: screenshot from their videos.

YouTube:
I discovered so many amazing YouTubers last year and I already shared that in my Favourite Youtubers post in December (here). My all time favourites have to be Claire Marshall (queen of editing and I probably re watched all her videos quite some times :D) and MadeYewLook (young talented positive girl, she also has her own brush set line).

Source: Pinterest.
Movies:
For movies I'll have to go with the two I saw in November/December, because those are the only ones I remember :D The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, of course. Jennifer Lawrence brought Katniss on a whole another level, fell in love with her even more and movie is much more understandable and it sticks to a book. And I watched it twice. In the cinema, yes. :)
Second one I really like was The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, because I love hobbits, elves, dragons and fantasy movies. :) And now I just remembered I got inspired to do one more makeup for The Hobbit makeup series ;)

Are my favourites your favourites too? :) Tell me what was your favourite product, music, series, book ... in 2013.

November favourites

Man, I have no luck with filming favourites videos. Let's stick with blog posts then :) It's almost middle of December (where are you rushing dear December?), it's about time to talk about November favourites.

I haven't really buy any new products, I just bought what I needed and that was a new eye primer and liquid eyeliner. I bought Avon eye primer and I must say that I am sooo happy with it. I didn't really have high expectations for this product, but my eyeshadow stays on place whole day! WHOLE DAY (important imformation, write it down ;)).

For liquid eyeliner I bought Essence liquid ink eyeliner in waterproof form. And I'm super pleased with it. Even though I had some difficulties at the beginning, since I'm used to those spong-y tips and not brushes, like this one has, but I had no problems getting used to it. I like my winged eyeliner on thicker side and this one does the job. You just have to be careful not to apply it too much on one place otherwise when it drys it will flake off. I had to learn that the hard way :) Other than that, I'm super happy with it!

^.^
Another and the last makeup product I have to mention is Bourjois Healthy mix serum, even though I've been using it for few months now, I forgot to include it into my last favourites post, but better late than never, right? :) I like the texture of it and I love that it gives me nice healthy glow. I'm using the lightest shade 51 Light Vanilla.

I needed a new shaving gel and I bought this Balea Wake up Call Rasier gel for men. Yes, men, because I can be a little manly sometimes ;). It leaves my skin super soft and shaving is made easy as 1,2,3. I just love it. And I think it's cheaper than ladies shaving gel, which is always a plus :) Oh, and I'm shaving my legs with this, what did you think I was shaving, a moustache? :)

Even though I like being in silence, I currently cannot stop listening to Panic! at the Disco's new album Too weird to live, too rare to die. I even listed all the songs on my YouTube channel under Favourite songs (here). The only downside of this album is that it's about 32 minutes long. So, I have it on repeat all the time ... up to 10 times per day. And I'm not even joking!

Now, let's move to the movie part ... I watched few movies, but my favourite has to be, of course, The Catching Fire. OMG, it was so good, I had teary eyes, it was intense and insane! I want to watch it again :) For all of you who don't know that, this is the second movie in The Hunger Games series. If you haven't watched it yet, do it! :)

That's all for my favourites of the month. What are your favourites of the month of November?

Current favourites

Or what have I've been loving lately, even though I haven't really bought anything new, but still :)

Essence has released new lipsticks and of course I had to try them out. And I love them, I bought two shades: Wear berries!, which is my most worn lipstick right now and Coral calling, her time to shine will come soon :)

Mascara I've been loving is from Isa Dora Big bold mascara Super volumizing in 10 black. I wasn't a big fan of it at the begging, because it has a big wand and it's kinda clumsy, but now it dried up a little and it really gives me super volume. And I love me some super volume.

Black polish has been my favourite since I started to paint my nails for the first time, recently I've been loving black polish from Maybelline Colorama. It stays on my nails for quite some days without chipping, which is rare for me, application is super easy and it dries fast once applied.

I rediscovered Ardeco eyeshadow base in my makeup collection and completely used it up in last few months. It's like a magnet for eyeshadow, my eye makeup doesn't move whole day! Need to repurchase it :)

I had Bourjois single eyeshadow in 90 Blanc for years now, but since I've been around a lot, it's my go to eyeshadow to highlight my face. And it also has a mirror, which is always useful.

Now to the random favourites.
I've been eyeing the Milford cold teas for a while before I actually bought it, and then I bought it and I wasn't wow'd. But after few tries, it kinda grew on me. I even like putting little bit of stevia in it, makes it even better for my taste. Oh and I only tried Limette taste.

Source: his display pic on Twitter :)
I am not into gaming or ever understood gaming videos/channels, but then I found PewDiePie and he changed my opinion forever. This guy is f*ckin' hilarious (once I almost broke my nose laughing), he works hard, has 14,000,000+ subscribers and the fact that he's from Sweden (and not America) makes him even cooler. Check him out, if you don't know who he is already.

Even though Oh no from Marina and the Diamonds is older song, I still love it and is my currently favourite song :)

I think that's it for today's post. Thank you for all your kind comments on my last post, feels good to be back ;)

July favourites

It's time to talk about products and finds that I enjoyed in the month of July. :)

Let's start with skin care. I was introduced to Alverde Wachcreme by my friend and I decided to buy it myself. I really do love this product, because it removes my makeup, clears my skin of dirt and makes it really soft. I won't buy Bioderma ever again :).

For my body I've been loving Alverde body lotion in almond scent. Nourishes my skin, leaves it soft, smells really nice and it doesn't clog my pores (yes, you can have clogged pores even on your body).

Another product I've been loving is Balea Aqua serum which I use underneath my moisturizer. It really provides extra moisture to my skin, is gentle and cheap, which is always a plus :).

I've been using Derma E eye cream for some months now and I always forget to mention it somehow. It's really moisturizing, doesn't irritate my eyes, is natural product and lasts forever. It also works great underneath makeup.

Tea flavor I've been really enjoying is from Yogi tea Forever young. I especially love that every tea bag has an inspirational message, which I really enjoy. I really do love little things like that :) Also whole box is very informative, you even have a yoga pose explained. Of course, flavor is amazing ;), cinnamon and little bit spicy.

I've read so many books lately that I would need a separate post just on books :). But I would recommend anything from Doreen Virtue, she's a "spiritual doctor of psychology". Her books will uplift your spirit.

Favourite products of June

I don't have a lot of products to show you in today's post, but I decided to write this post anyways, maybe someone will find some new products to use and will love them, too ;).

Let's start with polishes. I recently bought just 2 polishes, I have around 80 polishes and I see no point in buying new ones before I don't use up some of what I already have. Anyways, these 2 polishes are from Bourjois 1 seconde silicon gel texture. I like the wide brush, application is easy, unmessy and quick. They dry pretty quickly once applied, but I'm not sure about the gel texture. They look quite like any other polish to me and I don't apply top coat. I got them in shades 22 Turqiouse block and 23 In the Navy (notd post here). My 2 fave colours ;).

I've been using Elf Makeup mist setting spray for quite awhile and it comes really handy now that it's finally summer and it's even hot some days (weather is funny this year, let me tell you. I am not complaining though). It sets my makeup in place and it usually lasts all day. It probably wouldn't survive a rainy day without umbrella, will try it out next time ;).

I finally found (or should I say re-discovered, because I used it before) a mascara that works well for me. Max Factor Masterpiece HD mascara gives me length, is really rich black and it doesn't make my lashes clumpy. And I thought that there was no hope for my almost non-existent lashes. Thank you HD mascara.

Another product I've been using for probably a year or so now and I still love it, especially now in summer time, because it doesn't smudge (even though it's not waterproof) is Catrice Gel eyeliner. I use it on almost daily basis and I can't really live without it anymore.

Last but not least in beauty category is GreenPeople Self tan lotion. I am not a fan of fake tan at all, but my legs are like paper white, I can blend in with a white wall and people won't see me ^^ ...  But this fake then gives me slight natural colour, not orange, it's not streaky, I haven't stained any of my clothes or furniture, it's vegan, organic and not tasted on animals. Yay :)

I actually don't have any other categories to cover this time. I just started watching new season of True blood. Anyone else watching? :)

Tell me about your favourites or send me a link to your favourites post, would love to know ;)

Thank you for reading and commenting <3

Favourites: April & May

I actually wanted to make a video about my April favourites, but I ran out of film first three times, fourth, fifth and sixth I had a major talking problem, eighth was successful, but I sounded so fake, because I had to re-film it so many times. Then I deleted it and went out before I threw my laptop out the window. Just kidding, I never get THAT stressed :). And here we are ... May is over, so I decided to combine both months together. I hope I won't be too long :)

Starting with beauty products.
3 polishes I've been using a lot are China Glaze 666 Rodeo fanatic, Rimmel 500 Disco ball and Nail polish by H&M Nail Him. They are all in blue family, can you tell I love blue colour?

I was sent OPI Natural nail Base coat from Slovenian site Click2chick, and I really like it. I dries super fast and makes my nail polish stay on longer. Of course I forgot to take a picture of it. It's shy I guess ;). I'll post separate review soon.

For makeup I've been loving Sleek i-Divine Snapshots palette, you can check out review and swatches: here. On my lips I've been wearing Ingrid cosmetics in 292, it's prefect pinkish lavender. You can check out how it looks like: here. Another 2 eyeshadows I've been loving are from MUA shade 16 - matte (perfect matte shade, matches my skin tone) and shade 12 - pearl (check out here). Another MUA product I really like is their Matte prefect primer. My skin is not really oily, but it makes my foundation application smoother and stays on longer.

I randomly bought Felce Azzurra Deo Spray and I've been loving it. It's great deodorant if you have to refresh yourself during the day or if you're travelling.

For my body I've been loving Balea Bodycream Cocos. I tried many body lotions, but I always end up coming back to this one. Makes my skin soft, smells amazing and it's super cheap. Win win.

Now to the health section (I didn't even know I have sections, lol).
I love dandelion root tea. Benefits are endless, here are some: improves digestion and aids weight loss, eases congestion of the liver, helps to ease bloating and aching joints, helps to cure skin conditions, contains calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, vitamins ...

The one and only supplements I take atm are Spirulina tablets. They contain about 60 % of protein, vitamins (even B12 vitamin), iron, are good for weight/fat loss, give you more energy ... They are good for you :)

Favourite fruit of both months have to be strawberries, which are not on the picture because I ate them all (true story). I put them in smoothies, oatmeal, make an ice cream and repeat ... No, but serious, I love them.

Dear friend borrowed me this wonderful book Iz uma v srce (From mind in to the heart?) written by Maja Debelak "Dobra vila Maja". It's basically book about Law of Attraction and life in general, but you can never get too much information :). I believe it's not translated in other languages.

As for the music goes, I've been listening to a lot of 90's and I blame my home girl Petite Sal for that. Thank you sista ;). And I can't stop listening to Kings of Leon as well. I never listened to them before so much. Now I know all the lyrics by heart. Almost.

Movies? Haven't watched a lot of them, but I liked Iron man 3 ;).

Let's talk about favourites | March

March was such a great month, I just realized that! I've done many things I've never done before, hope yours was even better than mine despite the weather ;)

Let's start with beauty.

I started using Essence Stay all day concealer 16h long lasting and I love it. Doesn't dry out your skin, covers imperfections pretty well, but most importantly, it covers up dark circles. I bought both colours: 10 Natural beige and 20 Soft beige.

Another Essence product is their Stay matt lip cream in 03 Soft nude. It's basically the same colour as my lips but it makes them sexier ;). It doesn't dry out my lips and it's really hydrating. I'm planning to do a review post soon.

Now to the polishes ... I wore Catrice I wear my sunglasses at night a lot. It's basically black polish with glitter, I call it galaxy nail for lazy manicurists! :D I believe it was discontinued.
Another Catrice polish I've been loving whole month is After Eight. It's on a darker green side with shimmer. Really pretty ... and discontinued as well.

As it goes for skin care. You know I love Argan oil and I am still sticking to it. You can read my review here. Skin on my face has never felt so soft and delicious! :D
Last skin product I've been loving is Akamuti Virgin Wildcrafted Shea Butter. Really rich, intensive moisturiser, suitable for dry skin and it's also 100 % natural and additive free.

Now to the non-beauty related stuff.

My favourite song of the month has to be The Mowgli's - San Francisco! Gotta love the lyrics!

Best book I've read this month was Slovenian one, I wish it was translated in other languages, because it's such an amazing strong book filled with love: Cristy Žmahar - Nebesa odgovarjajo (Heaven replying). Highly recommend for open minded people ;). And it has nothing to do with religion.

silver lining playbook.  The Intouchables - so funny and so beautiful
 Source: Pinterest.

Aaand movies I enjoyed watching were Silver Linings Playbook (gotta love JLaw! :)) and The Intouchables (laughed so hard that I couldn't even breathe normally :D).

I think that's it for March favourites. Hope you're having a fabulous day! :)

February favourites

It's this time of the month again, time to talk about my favourites of the month. I haven't bought any makeup or nail polishes this month, I just bought Bourjois healthy mix foundation yesterday because it was -50% and I needed it, mmm-kay? :)

Enough talking, let's start with the favourites :)

Most products are the ones I got in a swap. First one I have to mention Rimmel Glam'eyes professional liquid eyeliner. Brush is so thin and I can easily do perfect winged eyeliner. And it's also super pigmented.

Next thing has to be Revlon Just bitten kissable balm stain in Éprise. Was my go to lippie of the month and the best thing is that it lasts all day long. I just reapplied it to give back some moisture to my lips.

For my cheeks I've been using a lot BYS blusher in Fierce fuchsia, which is super pigmented, have to be careful to not look like a clown :) and Essence Cherry blossom girl blush in Asain sensation, really pretty peachy shade.

Next product I wanted to mention in my last favourites post, but I forgot, so I'll do it now. I've been loving L'Occitane Stick deodorant for men (yes, for men!). You can't really smell it once applied, but it does its work. I got it for Christmas from my mum.

And non-beauty related ... I really enjoyed watching The Avengers, you know I love super heroic movies :). Favourite song of the month I couldn't decide ... Been listening to Marina and the Diamonds A LOT. Whole day on repeat.
Haven't read any books this month though. Will do better in March! :)

January favourites

Yes, another post today. I haven't done any serious blogging past month and I have SO MANY IDEAS and things to blog about, so I'll have to do 2 posts per day sometimes. Ooops, I hope you don't mind ;)

Let's start with makeup.
If I wore any makeup in January (that was a rare occasion)  it was pretty simple and my favourite throw on lippie was Bourjois Rouge edition in 04 Rose tweed. I blogged about it here: click.
Another lip product I've been loving is Hurraw! Black cherry tinted lip balm. It gives my lips teeny tiny tint, makes my lips super soft and smells ah-mazing!! I got this from my sister for Christmas. Thank you sister! :))

I needed a new mascara and I was in a mood to try something new. I usually buy Artdeco All in one mascara, this is actually the only mascara that gives some life to my light, short, invisible lashes. So I randomly bought Catrice Lashes to kill mascara, which I really like now. I think it's comparable to the Artdeco one and it's much cheaper, too!

I was searching for a good brush to contour and I think that MUA blush brush F6 does a good job with that and it's super soft. For contouring powder I've been using MUA Bronzed perfection a lot. Shade is quite different from the NYX Taupe one (review here; I believe it was discontinued!! :O), but still without orange undertones and works so well.

This Hot blue from NYX girls nail polish was my "go to" polish in Jan. I can never go wrong with blue polish ... or red ... or black :).

Now non-beauty favourites. I had -30 % on food/supplements/drinks in drugstore DM, so I went little crazy with buying food. I'm a vegetarian and because I eat healthy, I need "double needs" and I find many good things at DM (natural peanut butter, bread, quinoa, hemp seeds, hemp protein powder, chia seeds ...). I've been loving KOH Coconut 100 % Pure Coconut Water, I put it in smoothies and just drink it without as it is before or after my workout, because it's really revitalizing and refreshing. I just love it :)

I love mermaids ... and Pirates of the Caribbean, of course. I was searching a little bit on Youtube, I always love to watch how they make movies, behind the scenes, bloopers etc. And I discovered this amazing cover of My Jolly Sailor Bold, which was also sang in POTC4. It's so mesmerising.

Happy February!!

Don't forget to enter my *blogiversary GIVEAWAY!* :))

2012 favourites & accomplishments

It took me forever to put this post together, haha!
2012 was an amazing year and this one will be even more exciting, let me tell you :). I decided to do a post about my favourite products/things, everything basically and some random rambling :).

Let's start with makeup.

Two most worn palettes were definitely Sleek i-Divine Au naturel and Storm. Can't go wrong with any of these colours.

I'm extremely happy Essence came up with pigments. I love Essence pigments.

I been using Artdeco All in one mascara for many years now, has to be my all time favourite mascara. I almost completely used up Essence gel eyeliner, need to buy a new one. For my eyebrows I mostly used Catrice Absolute eye colour 350 Starlight Expresso. Such a perfect ashy shade. I fall in love with Missha BB cream, been using it almost on daily basis. My favourite concealer must be Bourjois Healthy mix concealer to cover my undereye circles. For setting my foundation I really liked e.l.f. HD powder, sets foundation like a boss.

My 2 favourite blushes are Sleek Gold Rose and NYX PinchedI've been loving NYX Taupe for contouring.

Most used lipstick were Revlon lipbutters in Tutti Frutti, Berry Smoothie and Cherry tart. I wore MUA lipstick in shade 15-Nectar a lot when weather was warmer. For colder weather I like wearing MUA lipstick shade 2. Other lipsticks I've been loving in 2012 are Bourjois Sweet Kiss in 49 Rose allure (discontinued), Catrice Ultimate Shine 090 Fox Now (pretty similar to Bourjois one) and Catrice Ultimate colour 100 Lobster Love, loving this red shade.

For brushes I've been loving e.l.f. kabuki brush, e.l.f. Professional Smudge brush, no named felted liner brush, BH cosmetics fluffy blending brush and Essence crease brush.

Nail polishes I've been wearing a lot throutout whole year were: Essence multi dimension 68 Perfectly true, Orly Glowstick, Avon nailwear pro Coral Beat, Catrice 070 Caught on the Red Carpet, NYX Girls Bermuda Triangle, Essence 38 Choose Me! and Essence special effect topper 08 Night in Vegas.

Other beauty products:
I started using Balea Oil repair at the end of the year and I'v been loving it so far. Best nail polish remover has to be Kiko Nail polish remover.

Afrodita Aroma hand and nail cream and 100% Pure Strawberry Lemonade Hand cream were in my handbag or on the desk all the time. To hydrate my undereye area I've been using 100% Pure Organic Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream. For lip balm I couldn't decide which one is my fave, worth mentioning are Alverde Vanilleblüte Mandarine, e.l.f. lipbalms and Hurraw! Coconut lipbalm.

Another Essence discovery of the year must be Essence parfume Like a Trip to NY. Best. Smell. Ever.
For skin care I've been loving Kahne Witch Hazel toner, Simple hydrating light moisturizer and Simple Replenishing rich moisturizer. I disovered new natural cosmetic range - New Dawn Patchouli healer Face & body moisturizer, been loving it! Also I really like Badger Balms, I have For hardworking hands, Foot Balm and Svolving Body Balm.

Whole range discoveries of 2012 must be MUA cosmetics, Fyrinnae, Simple and New Dawn.

My favourite fitness gear of the year must be my Sketchers running shoes, it feels like walking on clouds, unfortunately they are quite slippery to wear inside, but are perfect for walking and running. I also love my dumbbells :).

Movies that I watched and loved, not necessarily released in 2012, were:
21 Jump Street (still laughing when I remember of it :P),
The Hobbit: An unexpected journey (I'm such a LOTR geek:P),
127 hours (James Franco's best performance, no doubt).

True Blood Season 5 Full Trailer & Poster Six Feet Under

Losing It With Jillian, the new reality show to follow A Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels as she moves in with families across the US, it probably didn’t take you long to realize this is not your typical lighthearted reality show. Michaels not only helps families get healthier physically, she addresses their emotional well-being as well, and sometimes that gets a little challenging. Jillian Michaels opens up about her “very, very emotional” new show and how it’s impacted her own life…
Source: Pinterest.

Best TV shows:
True Blood (can't wait for next season!),
    Six Feet Under (masterpiece),

Amazing books that blew me away were:

Marina and the Diamonds - Primadonna,
Chester See & Andy Lange - Boyfriend (and I'm not Bieber fan :)),
Joey Graceffa & Luke Conard - We're never getting back together (much better than the original in my opinion :)).

YouTube discoveries of the year must be Lean Secrets and Zuzka Light (both for health and fitness).

What I accomplished with my baby (my blog :)).
I had 1 year blogiversary in February, I started writing my posts in English, wrote 142 total posts in 2012. At the beginning of the year I had less than 50 GFC followers, now I have 301 GFC followers, over 58,000 total pageviews, 305 followers on Twitter and 97 likes on Facebook page. All I have to say is thank you <3 (nah, I've just shed a tear :P).

I started doing separated makeup looks posts, reviews, started writing more recipes, I've shared some personal posts, other tips and tricks, beauty, health or anything in between and other random ramblings. I also had 3 giveaway and did my first blog banner.

I did 8!!! full face and costume Halloween looks, without buying anything new. You can check them all out here: click, I'm so proud of them all! And I posted one post per day in October.

I started participating in weekly makeup tags, which are always fun to do! (click)

Favourite food of the year must be apple pie (recipe here: click) and my famous not-so-famous cabbage wraps (recipe here: click). I could eat both of them every single day :).

... And many other crazy and not-so-crazy stuff :).

Best accomplishments in 2012 (there were many more, but I'll just point out 5, so this posts won't be too long, which already is ;)):
I quited my job, I didn't enjoy it anymore,
I started reading more books in general, and read many books that helped me grow as a person,
    I completely stopped drinking alcohol,
    I started drawing again,
and of course highlight of the year: I got Lasik eye surgery! :) (about my experience: click).

Thank you for reading, commenting and sharing the love with me ❤. I love you.
