Last week I made my first homemade peanut butter. I eat only 100% natural peanut butter, with no added sugar, no salt, no oils. You only need roasted peanuts and a good food processor.
I bought peanuts in shell and I think next time I'll just buy "ready to use" peanuts, peeling almost drove me nuts. :)
Put all the peanuts in the food processor and blend until you get a thick, but pasty consistency. You will maybe need to scrape the sides of a food processor, if any peanuts stick to the bowl and then process again. You will see when it will be all combined. If consistency is too thick, you can add a little bit of water.
When your peanut butter is made, you put it in to airtight container.
Et voila, your first (if it's first) homemade peanut butter is ready to be eaten!

DeleteI'm sorry, i have to skip this recipe. I'm a former peanut butter addict. I ate so much of it! Sometimes i make little chocolates with but that's the only time you'll see me that close with peanuts. If i start eating peanuts or peanut bitter, i won't stop!! Especially pure peanut butter haha! Haha. I'm an addict too. I used to eat whole jar at once and your mouth gets all sticky from it. haha
