Lippie of the day | Finally, bright orange

I was searching for bright orange lipstick for the longest. I love bright orange lips for many reasons: it's bright, it's orange and it's bright orange ;) I got this lipstick just yesterday, and I decided to show you this beauty, just because I like it so much.

Lipstick I was wearing today was Avon Ultra colour Tangerine Tango. It's creamy, moisturizing and really easy to apply. Packaging is casual shiny black and lipstick has slightly sweet scent. It's opaque in one application.

Shade is (I would describe it as) neon blood orange shade and it has tiny gold shimmer in it, which is not even visible. Shimmer becomes slightly visible when it wears of a little, but it doesn't bother me at all. 

Lipstick is long lasting on me, it wears of slightly when I ate and drank, but overtime it kinda stained my lips a little. I even tried to blot it with a tissue, but no colour transferred to it. And my lips were still bright orange. It moved slightly into the fine lines around my lips, but nothing a lip pencil can fix (I wore it without).

I got some stares today, I must admit, it's so bright and in your face against my pale complexion, you can't really not see it. It's for girls who dare to wear bright shades for sure. And luckily I'm one of them ;)

Essence Stay matt Lip cream REVIEW

I know you've probably read a lot reviews on Essence Lip creams and now it's my turn to shine :)

So, I have 2 shades: 03 Soft nude and 04 Silky red. 
 

Packaging is the same as their Stay with me Longlasting lipglosses, plastic, 0.13 fl. oz./4ml. You apply them with the applicator, which is the same as lip gloss applicator. The only thing I don't like about the packaging is that writing will scratch off if you are wearing it a lot in your purse or makeup bag.

 

Now to the product itself. Texture is creamy, soft, leaves a soft matte finish. It doesn't dry off your lips, but I recommend using scrub on your lips before applying it, because matte lip products will show dead skin on your lips (little bit of olive oil and sugar and scrub for a minute ;)). They don't smudge, but if lipstick easily bleeds on you, apply (invisible) lip liner to prevent that.

Application is easy, in my opinion is easier to apply it than regular lipstick. It will stay on your lips for few hours, probably doesn't survive a meal, so you need to reapply it. You basically need only one coat, because they are super pigmented as you can see in picture below.

They only have 4 colours to choose from. We should sign a petition for Essence to make more colours, because these products are beautiful and cheap - 2,19 €. I bought mine in Mueller drugstore.

 

Essence also released 2 new lip cream shades in their Guerilla Gardening collection and I bought 01 Mission flower yesterday, which I'm completely in love with. But, I think that texture is slightly different. It's not as full coverage as other two, but it's buildable and I think it gives more shiny finish, although it's still on matte side (does this make sense? :D). Anyways, I forgive you for your mistakes, because you're beautiful!

Lippie of the day: Touch of Magic

Have you ever heard about a green lipstick that changes colour once applied? If you haven't I'll introduce it to you today :)

It's Barry M lipstick in colour Touch of Magic.

It was nonsense to photograph a name on the packaging, because it is already scratched (the only thing I dislike about Barry M lipsticks). The packaging is matte black, really sleek looking, but it gets dirty really quick. I still love it though :).

As you can see, colour is vibrant green, yes green, but once you apply it, starts changing in pinkish shade. I've read that it "calculates" colour that will suit you best. I don't know about that, but I love how it looks on my lips. It becomes quite vibrant pink with blue-ish undertones. It has no shimmer or glitter, which I love.

It doesn't wear off, it stains my lips like a regular stain, but it's also really moisturizing for at least few hours. If you eat or drink (or kiss ^^) moisture will go away, but you can reapply it or just apply lip balm on top, which works great for me as well. 

This lippie is one of my favourites for sure!

Fleur de Santé Rosewood desire REVIEW

Fleur de Santé Slovenia sent me this wonderful lipstick, I feel in love with immediately. It's matte red with brownish undertones. It's super creamy it glides on like butter! And it also smells amazing!
Fleur de Santé Slovenija mi je poslal tole čudovito šminko, v katero sem se takoj zaljubila. Je mat rdeča z rjavkastimi podtoni. Je kremne teksture in se nanaša kot puterček ;). Tudi diši precej lepo!

 
Firstly I applied some invisible lipliner, it's actually like some sort of a wax to prevent any smudging around my lips, because darker lipstick tend to bleed on me. Then I just applied lipstick directly on my lips. Like I said, it has creamy texture, had no problem with applying. It stayed on my lips for about 3 hours, then I had to eat :). But also after a meal my lips were a bit stained (darker lipsticks usually stain my lips a little), so I had to reapply it.
Najprej sem nanesla prozorno črtalo za ustnice, s tem sem preprečila, da bi se šminka preselila še kam drugam po obrazu, kar se pri meni, predvsem pri temnih šminkah, rado zgodi. Šminko sem nato nanesla direktno na ustnice, nisem imela problemov z nanašanjem, saj se nanaša lepo. Na mojih ustnicah je ostala tri ure, nato sem jedla. Po jedi so bile ustnice še vedno rahlo obarvane (temnejše šminke mi običajno rahlo obarvajo ustnice), tako da je potreben ponoven nanos.

Packaging is black plastic with gold details, 4g content. Sticker on the bottom has no name, just number, which can cause some difficulties, because you know, blogger has to write a name of the lipstick when you post a fotd :). This is the only con I found.
Embalaža je črna, plastična z zlatimi detajli, ima 4g vsebine. Nalepka na dnu embalaže nima imena, samo številko, kar zna biti nerodno, če imena ne veš, ker je potrebno napisati ime šminke, ko objaviš fotd :). To je edina slaba stran, ki sem jo našla.

However, I think this product is amazing, it goes with so many different makeup variations, it's absolutely worth getting it! :)
Menim, da je šminka super, kombinirala sem jo z različnimi senčkami na očeh in pristaja skoraj vsemu!

Lippie of the day: NYX Twist

I love rearranging my makeup, because I always rediscover some products I've been neglecting. I went through my lipstick collection last week and found this NYX one.

I've decided to wear it today. It's in colour LSS 633 TWIST.

It's reddish brownish orange-y colour (I suck at describing) with teeny tiny gold shimmer in it. I prefer matte lipstick in general, I actually hate anything shimmery or glittery on my lips, but I started liking this one for some reason.

It has really creamy texture, it applies smoothly, you slightly feel shimmer on your lips if you squeeze them together. It wears off even if you don't drink or eat, so you'll need to reapply it.
Other than that I think it's a really autumn/fall colour. I combined it with pretty simple eyes (blue eyeliner and black on lower lashline) and coral blush.
